The exact cause of Mental Disorders is unknown, but it is believed that a series of factors such as biological, psychological, and environmental factors influence during the development of a mental disorder, as well as medical conditions and chemical occurrences in the brain. Chemicals in the brain may be out of balance in people and may lead to mental illness. Many times, medical causes may influence to the presentation of mental illness. Genetic factors are biological factors that include information that is passed through genes by heredity in some families, suggesting that people are more likely to inherit a mental illness and not develop it. Mental illness is a devastating illness which most commonly strikes young people in their productive years. Doctors should know these causes in order to be aware of symptoms that may lead to this dreadful illness. stress.jpg
